Meet the Founder
Janell Suttle, founder and CEO of DreamClouds Enterprise LLC, is passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive. Janell attended the Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain. She chose a supply chain major after her freshman year as a management major knowing she wished to pursue an entrepreneurial career. Janell gained professional sourcing and logistics experience through her internship at DuPont and full-time career at L’Oreal. She used the practice and knowledge of project management and risk mitigation learned on the job and applied it to the career development advice she was giving to her initial clients. Currently, she attends Temple University pursuing her Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship with years of experience in business development, program management, and innovation management. At DreamClouds, she provides a range of services including small business development, lead generation, marketing strategy, and business consulting to help clients succeed in their respective industries. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients and creating tailored, customer-centric solutions to add value and respond to their specific needs.
But her passion doesn't end with business. Janell also volunteers her time in her community through ministry and non-profit organizations. Janell was a Leadership Coach to Spelman students through Braven Accelerator – a leadership accelerating program that she is also an alum fellow in. Janell is also an extremely active member in ministry serving as Youth Minister and Minister of Finance at O.N.E. Community. Currently, she is developing a high school program for students preparing for college and/or interested in pursuing a business career. With her unique combination of business expertise, leadership experience, and dedication to community service, she is excited to continue helping businesses grow and succeed, while making a positive impact in the world around her. She is always looking for new opportunities to connect and collaborate with like-minded professionals.
